We offer free standard shipping on all USA orders over $45

At Berava, we offer shipping services through USPS and UPS, two of the most reliable and trusted carriers in the industry. We strive to provide our customers with the best possible shipping experience and aim for same-day shipping if orders are placed before 3:30 PM MST Monday-Friday. We do not ship on weekends.

Please note that shipping delays may occur during busy times of the year such as holidays, and we cannot guarantee delivery dates during these times. However, we will do our best to keep you informed and updated throughout the shipping process.

All items are shipped from our facility in Utah, ensuring that your package is in good hands from the moment it leaves our warehouse to when it arrives at your doorstep. Our goal is to provide our customers with a fast, efficient, and hassle-free shipping experience. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your order, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes, we ship to Canada. Please refer to our international shipping for further details.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your purchase, but we also understand that sometimes things change. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your item(s) for a refund within 30 days.

How do I return my item(s)?

At Berava, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for all items. Please note that all items must be returned in new, unused condition, in their original packaging, and have all the tags to be eligible for a refund.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@beravababy.com. We will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide further instructions on how to return your item.

We understand that shipping costs can be a concern for our customers, which is why we offer the option to provide a prepaid shipping label for your return. However, please note that the cost of the prepaid shipping label will be deducted from your refund. If you prefer to use your own shipping method, we recommend that you use a trackable and insured shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Once we receive your return and confirm that it meets our return policy requirements, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 2 business days. Please note that the refund may take some time to reflect to your account.

How do I exchange my items?

To exchange an item, you must return the item(s) you have by following our return policy and purchase the item(s) you want. Our inventory levels change daily, which makes it difficult to guarantee that the item(s) you want will be available for an exchange. By following our return policy and purchasing the item(s) you want, you can ensure that you will get what you need.

Defective Items

We cover return shipping for any order with defects. Defective items must be reported 2 days from the day it was delivered to be eligible for free returns. You will need to contact us with your order number and images of the defects at, support@beravababy.com.

Can I return my international order?

Unfortunately all international orders are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Can I Change My Order?

Of course you can! Please note that we aim for same day shipping. If you contact us before 3:30 PM MST, we can gladly change your order. If you contact us after this time, we will be unable to adjust your order.

International Shipping

We ship to Canada. Please note that we are not responsible for any customs clearance fees that may apply.

How long will it take for my order to ship to Canada?

At Berava, we are committed to providing our international customers with fast and reliable shipping options. For shipping to Canada, we ship through UPS or USPS, some of the fastest and most reliable shipping services available. Delivery times vary depending on the destination, but most orders arrive within 7-14 business days.

Do you pay for international shipping?

All international shipping costs are paid by the customer and will be calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

While delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method and destination, we aim to process and ship all international orders within 1-2 business days of receiving them. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can track your package and receive updates on its delivery status.

Please note that customs fees and import taxes may apply to international shipments, and these fees will be the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for more information on any fees or taxes that may be imposed.

How do I return my international order?

All international orders are final. Returns are not accepted.

On Sale Items

Can I use discounts on sale items?

Unfortunately, you can not stack additional discounts on top of sale prices.

Can I return my item(s) if they were on sale?

All items that are purchased on sale are considered final sale. Returns and exchanges are ineligible.
